# How does our trading bot system work?

Our [trading bot](https://darkbot.io/bots) system is based on advanced [algorithms and machine learning](https://darkbot.io/machine-learning) technologies. It allows users to create and customize their own trading strategies, determine trading parameters and automatically execute trades on different markets. Or you can fully use the [genetic bots](/bots-and-strategy/types-of-bots.md#genetic-bots) by setting certain [criteria](/bot-wizard/genetic-criterias-and-genetic-algorithm-settings.md), which will be generated trading strategies and settings.
