Learn how to initiate a new buy round on the Darkbot platform. This article provides clear instructions on opening a new buy round and highlights the conditions necessary to do so. Follow the step-by-step guide below to seamlessly start a fresh buy trade request round.

  1. Go to the Deals Page: Access the Deals page on the Darkbot platform, where you can view and manage your active deals.

  2. Select the Running Deal: Identify the running deal you want to open a new round for and click on it to proceed.

  3. Verify Trade Request Status: Once on the Deals Details page, navigate to the Trade Requests section and ensure that there are no open trade requests for the selected deal. This condition must be met to proceed with opening a new round.

  4. Click [Open New Buy]: If the conditions are met, you will find that the [Open New Buy] button is clickable . Click on it to initiate the creation of a new trade request.

  5. Wait for the successful opening of a new buy round: After a successful opening, you will see the corresponding notification.

Note: It's important to note that a new round may not always be opened due to various reasons, such as insufficient funds or other errors. In such cases, the trade request will be marked as "Failed." You can view these failed trade requests by unchecking the "Hide Failed" checkbox next to the Trade Requests title.
