Did you know that you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription to better suit your trading needs? With our billing portal on Stripe, you can easily make changes to your subscription. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it: Option 1: Upgrade or Downgrade from Website Header 1) To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, locate the "Upgrade" button in the top header of our website. This will redirect you to the billing portal on .

Option 2: Upgrade or Downgrade via Billing Page

1) Visit the Billing page on our website. This page is typically accessible through the user dashboard or account settings menu.

2) Look for the [Update] button on the Billing page. Clicking on it will redirect you to the billing portal on Stripe.

Once you're on the Stripe billing portal:

  1. To update your subscription, click on the [Change Plan] button. This will allow you to modify your existing subscription.

  2. Choose the new billing period you prefer. You can select between monthly or annual plans, depending on your trading preferences.

  3. Select the type of plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to. Whether it's a Standard or Premium subscription, choose the plan that aligns with your trading requirements.

  4. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed with the upgrade or downgrade.

  5. A new window will open, prompting you to confirm the plan change. Review the details of the new plan, including any price differences or adjustments. Please note that when upgrading your plan, the price difference for the new plan will be charged immediately, and the new plan will be activated instantly. For downgrading your plan, the new plan will be automatically activated, and any price difference will be credited towards your next subscription payment.

  6. Click [Confirm] and wait for the information to update. Stripe will process the changes, and the necessary adjustments will be reflected in your subscription details.

By following these steps, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription and tailor it to your specific trading preferences. Whether you choose to make changes through the website header or the Billing page, the process is straightforward and user-friendly.
